Provides comprehensive behavioral health case management for consumers receiving crisis services. The role also supports consumers, families, landlords, employers, and community agencies in a trauma-informed environment.

Provides direct psychiatric nursing care in an inpatient behavioral health crisis center. Responsibilities include mental health assessment, crisis intervention, medication administration, injections, blood draws, vital-sign monitoring, clinical documentation, limited case management, care coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration for people with severe and persistent mental illness.

Leads nursing operations for 24/7 behavioral health crisis programs, supervising clinical staff, managing staffing and compliance, supporting crisis assessments and interventions, and coordinating care with internal teams and community partners. Develops and expands organizational safety programs for outpatient and residential behavioral health services. Conducts site audits, safety meetings, emergency drills, training, incident investigations, and compliance activities. Identifies safety trends and risks, supports corrective plans, manages surveillance footage, responds to safety inquiries, and coordinates with law enforcement and emergency responders. The role also participates in disaster response and supports risk management projects across WellPower locations.
