Creates digital and print visual content including branding, marketing materials, social media graphics, websites, advertisements, presentations, packaging, layouts, illustrations, and infographics. Maintains brand consistency, edits photographs, prepares artwork for publication and printing, incorporates feedback, organizes design assets, and manages multiple deadlines. Collaborates with marketing, sales, communications, vendors, photographers, printers, and developers while ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to design standards.

Supports customers throughout onboarding and ongoing account relationships by coordinating meetings, training, follow-ups, requests, renewals, surveys, and documentation. Maintains accurate CRM records, monitors engagement, escalates issues, gathers feedback, and collaborates with Sales, Support, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve satisfaction, retention, and customer outcomes.

Provides remote administrative and clerical support, including calendar and email management, scheduling, data entry, document preparation, recordkeeping, online research, customer communication, invoice processing, meeting coordination, and task tracking. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, organization, independent work, and proficiency with office, collaboration, CRM, and project-management tools.
