Lead and coach an enterprise account executive team to sell WEKA's AI-optimized storage, build pipeline, manage complex MEDDPIC-driven deals, forecast revenue, partner with SE/Marketing/Channel, expand accounts, capture new logos, and handle client escalations.

The Regional Sales Manager will drive enterprise sales, develop strategic plans, manage customer relationships, and enhance customer adoption of WEKA's solutions.

Drive GTM alignment and execution across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance. Design and evolve GTM operating model, lead territory/coverage and comp governance, improve commercial processes, and define GTM metrics and planning to raise forecast accuracy and drive revenue outcomes.
