Partners early with product, design, engineering, marketing, brand, legal, and compliance teams. Develops content standards, workflows, templates, and AI-powered processes to scale quality. Requires strategic thinking, hands-on UX writing, mentorship, and the ability to become a subject matter expert. Applicants must submit a portfolio with at least three case studies demonstrating improved user experience and business outcomes.

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wealthsimple’s high-net-worth client consolidation experience. Lead evolution of the Tiers program, personalized onboarding and funding journeys, and experiences encouraging clients to consolidate their finances. Partner with engineering, design, data science, marketing, operations, legal, compliance, and other teams to launch and iterate products. Help strengthen product management practices and foster an inclusive team culture.
