Teams at Waymark

Lead the design and optimization of healthcare data pipelines integrating EHR, payer, HIE, and vendor data. Build AWS-based ETL/ELT infrastructure, reusable integration tooling, data quality monitoring, and ML enablement foundations. Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of clinical data, including security controls, audit logging, encryption, and de-identification. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, influence platform architecture, and lead complex partner integrations involving FHIR, HL7v2, CCDA, and healthcare terminology standards.

Leads end-to-end healthcare implementations, including new market, managed care organization, and provider launches. Builds project plans, governance, reporting, risk management, playbooks, KPIs, and operating infrastructure. Manages executive and external partner relationships, coordinates cross-functional teams, oversees technology and data deployments, and leads implementation staff. Ensures launches meet scope, timeline, budget, and quality goals while driving continuous improvement and organizational scalability.

Build Waymark’s product marketing function from the ground up. Own positioning and messaging for AI products, develop competitive differentiation, lead go-to-market planning and product launches, translate clinical research into market-facing narratives, and create sales enablement materials. The role partners with marketing, business development, product, clinical research, and partner success teams to support enterprise sales and inform product strategy.
