Teams at Waters Corporation

Provides expert-level technical support for complex analytical instrumentation, laboratory software, and integrated systems. Leads escalations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, customer and field-service training, mentoring, strategic deployments, process improvement, and technical content development for AI-enabled support tools. Collaborates across service, sales, product management, and R&D while maintaining service records, quality compliance, and customer relationships across the Central and Western United States. Frequent travel of up to 50–75% is required.

Maintains global trade compliance programs, including tariff and ECCN classifications, country-of-origin determinations, export screening, free trade agreement eligibility, customs support, audits, and corrective actions. Supports CTPAT activities and collaborates with internal teams, subsidiaries, vendors, brokers, carriers, and service providers worldwide. The role also provides training, maintains compliance databases, documents procedures, and improves import-export processes and supply chain risk controls.

Provides technical application support for Wyatt Light Scattering and Aura instrumentation across a regional territory. Partners with sales teams to develop opportunities, conduct seminars and feasibility demonstrations, manage technical closes, train customers, troubleshoot applications, analyze data, and support post-sale success. Develops biopharmaceutical, gene therapy, polymer, protein, specialty chemical, and academic applications while presenting technical findings at industry events. Maintains territory records and sales intelligence, with travel comprising up to 70% of the role.
