Manage consolidated financial close and reporting for a global multi-entity nonprofit: prepare and review journal entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, perform intercompany eliminations and revenue reconciliations, manage bank and payment settlements, support audits, and drive process and system improvements.

Develop donor grant budgets, manage grant revenue and expense allocations, oversee financial reporting and compliance, support audits, and partner with fundraising, finance, accounting, and program teams. The role also improves financial workflows and systems, strengthens data integrity, and supports long-term financial planning for Water.org’s grant portfolio.
