Lead and coach the store's opticians while performing optical duties: taking measurements, fitting and adjusting eyewear, checking finished eyewear against standards, explaining prescriptions and products, supporting store operations, inventory systems, and the Optician Apprentice Program.

Provide exceptional, brand-forward customer service on the sales floor: advise on frames and style, demonstrate product knowledge, support store processes and special projects, and help improve the retail experience while fostering an inclusive team culture.

Lead and coach a team of opticians while performing hands-on optical duties: measuring, fitting, adjusting, and inspecting eyewear. Ensure optical standards, explain prescriptions and products to customers, support store operations and inventory systems, and maintain HR and development practices to foster a safe, high-performing retail environment.

Supervise retail floor operations, lead sales and customer interactions, open/close store, mentor team members, represent brand values, and drive process improvements and special projects when managers are absent.
