The role involves developing business strategies for key accounts, enhancing customer relationships, and achieving sales goals within a specified territory, focusing on the optical industry.

Develops sales within an assigned territory by prospecting brokers and accounts, creating sales strategies, building business relationships, and meeting revenue goals. Provides plan design options, sales information, and rate quotations; collaborates with client managers, market directors, operations, and business partners to implement clients and maintain broker relationships. Requires sales experience, healthcare and underwriting knowledge, strong communication skills, computer proficiency, licensing eligibility, and a record of meeting sales targets.

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary service contact and advisor. Drive client satisfaction, retention, growth, product adoption, implementations, communications, reporting, compliance, contracts, and issue resolution. Collaborate with internal and external partners to address client requirements, develop account plans, support marketing initiatives, and maintain strong client relationships.
