The Vice President, Quality oversees enterprise-wide quality and compliance for aerospace and defense products, managing teams and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Lead accounting and internal control activities for Products and Maneuver divisions. Manage revenue, inventory, fixed assets, GL, month/quarter/year-end close, audit liaison, FP&A coordination, and policy/control development in accordance with US GAAP and SOX.

Process vendor invoices, support weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks), maintain vendor records, assist reconciliations and month-end close, support internal controls, audits, and integration of acquired entities to ensure accurate U.S. GAAP-compliant accounting.
