Leads a team of 5–8 mission infrastructure engineers and manages capital projects from requirements and design through construction and commissioning. Establishes project controls, documentation, commissioning, and facility design standards; manages contractors, vendors, budgets, schedules, and risks; translates DoD and manufacturing requirements into infrastructure strategies; presents project updates to leadership; and recruits and develops engineering talent.

Lead execution of a portfolio of 3–10 strategic systems projects involving solid rocket motors, chemicals, and explosives. Develop integrated plans covering scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources; coordinate internal teams, customers, and government agencies; manage financial performance and scope changes; and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and customers. The role is onsite or hybrid in Colorado, includes up to 30% travel, and requires eligibility for a U.S. security clearance and explosives licenses.

Own physical design of chemical manufacturing facilities from planning through construction, commissioning, and sustaining. Develop equipment layouts, floor plans, process piping, utility routing, P&IDs, equipment and line lists, and controlled drawing sets. Coordinate with civil, architectural, electrical, engineering, construction, and vendor teams. Support field walkdowns, redlines, as-built documentation, PHA, PSSR, and MOC activities across facilities in Colorado and Louisiana.
