Develop structured text code, electrical cabinets, HMI/SCADA, plant networking (4-20 mA, Ethernet), and machine-vision/ML optimization. Lead automation solution selection and deployment, apply Lean/Six Sigma, ensure NEC/UL508A and hazardous-area compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers toward leading the automation and controls group.

Lead development of an AI-native GEOINT mission management platform that translates operator intent into physically valid collection plans. Own technical vision, build LLM-powered agents, integrate orbital mechanics and sensor models, develop MCP servers and evaluation suites, mentor an engineering team, and drive prototype-to-production for accredited IC/DoD deployments.
