Lead business development and growth for Voya's multiple employer/pooled plan recordkeeping solutions. Serve as subject-matter expert, educate and support sales teams and intermediaries, identify prospects, present proposals, attend finalist meetings and industry conferences, influence product strategy, support implementations and onboarding, and develop marketing/collateral to expand pooled-plan adoption.

Prepare and review customer contracts and revenue accounting (ASC 606), perform journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial analyses, support GAAP and statutory reporting, lead complex studies, recommend process improvements, and manage competing priorities.

The Lead Financial Analyst will manage reinsurance agreements, improve processes, analyze data, and ensure compliance while guiding junior team members.
