Build and maintain dealership client relationships, train personnel on Vitu, provide DMV and platform support, conduct compliance audits, monitor dealer errors and licenses, resolve complex DMV issues, verify fee calculations in dealer management systems, and deliver DMV fee training. The role requires expertise in vehicle title and registration documents, EVR e-filing, DMV regulations, accounting reconciliation, and dealership processes.

Develops and maintains scalable software applications across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include participating in Agile planning, designing solutions, writing code and automated tests, troubleshooting, supporting deployed applications, reducing technical debt, and guiding less experienced engineers. Requires experience with web and backend technologies, SQL Server, software architecture, application lifecycle methodologies, and end-to-end product development. AWS and AI-driven development experience are preferred.

Leads national B2B sales for lender-focused automotive transaction solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting banks, credit unions, finance companies, and servicing organizations; conducting workflow discovery and product demonstrations; negotiating contracts; closing new business; supporting implementation handoffs; growing account adoption and transaction volume; maintaining CRM records and forecasts; and representing the company at industry events. Requires experience in both automotive lending and dealership operations, strong consultative selling skills, and frequent U.S. travel.
