Supports blood drive collection goals through donor recruitment, coordinator engagement, account maintenance, and participation growth. Coordinates virtual and onsite blood drives, focuses on acquiring and retaining first-time donors, maintains accurate records, assists with training and special projects, provides customer service, and ensures compliance with procedures and regulations. The role collaborates with field teams and cross-functional partners and may provide territory coverage when needed.

Leads cross-functional Lean Six Sigma process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, enhance quality, and sustain measurable results. Analyzes processes and performance data, identifies root causes, establishes metrics and control plans, coaches teams, and coordinates stakeholder initiatives. The role also administers Smartsheet, including configuration, permissions, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Requires collaboration with Finance, operational teams, and technical authors, plus post-implementation reviews and compliance with internal and external requirements.
