Perform payroll processing and reconciliation, payroll tax filings, benefits and deduction administration, journal entries and GL/account reconciliations, financial analysis, report generation, audit support, and ensure compliance with federal/state payroll regulations across City departments.

The Business Analyst manages financial data, oversees budgets, performs analysis using Tableau, and supports marketing initiatives. They also supervise staff and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operations.

Lead and support daily natatorium operations and aquatics programming at the Community Recreation Center. Supervise programs and staff, maintain facility calendars and reports, assist with payroll and expense validation, serve as liaison to public and contractors, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for patrons. Assist with event implementation and other Aquatics division duties.
