Senior in-house attorney advising on federal and state mortgage lending and financial services regulations; drafting and negotiating commercial contracts; supporting underwriting and technology initiatives; directing default servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and REO processes; managing outside counsel and third-party servicers; collaborating on securitizations, loan sales, and financings; and supporting board governance and entity management while partnering with cross-functional business leaders.

Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design workflows, support SDLC (Agile/Waterfall), create BRDs and test cases, perform minor system configuration, support QA/UAT, liaise with vendors, and help optimize mortgage loan lifecycle processes (Origination through Post-Closing).

Design, build, and run automated test suites (smoke, regression, end-to-end) for web apps using modern frameworks; create and execute test plans; track and verify defects; integrate tests into CI/CD; evaluate AI-powered testing tools; collaborate with engineering and product teams in an agile environment.
