The Senior Accounts Payable Specialist manages high-volume retail accounts payable, including invoice coding, three-way matching, payment proposals, ACH and check payments, vendor promotions, credit memos, and AP team oversight. The role also supports reconciliations, aging reports, financial recordkeeping, inbox management, and compliance with company controls. This hybrid position requires strong organization, accuracy, communication, and the ability to manage deadlines and occasional weekend work.

Greets customers, checks IDs for compliance, scans customers into the POS system, manages queues, answers calls and emails, checks in visitors, communicates product information, promotes loyalty programs, and maintains a clean, professional lobby. The role requires strong customer service, accurate adherence to cannabis regulations and company procedures, reliability, and availability for varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Supervise daily dispensary operations, inventory management, product tracking, regulatory compliance, and team development. The role oversees METRC and POS accuracy, inventory audits, fulfillment, cash handling, store readiness, staff coaching, and Colorado MED compliance. The Supervisor also acts as Manager on Duty, coordinates with facilities and cross-functional teams, and supports process improvements across the store.
