Teams at Via Mobility Services

Lead and improve transportation and paratransit operations (Flex-Ride, Via Paratransit, Denver call center). Supervise staff, coordinate with Directors of Operations, enhance efficiency and communication across functions, ensure regulatory knowledge is applied, and support client-focused service delivery.

Provide field support and coaching to flex-ride drivers, respond to emergencies and accidents, empty cash boxes, conduct field inspections and investigations, serve as backup driver, and assist the public with transit information.
