SkillBridge internship as an Inside Sales Representative handling incoming calls, reservations, and customer interactions; managing inventory, yard walks, equipment readiness, and transactions; recommending equipment, negotiating rates, supporting shop staff, loading/unloading gear, maintaining showroom/yard, and following safety procedures. Schedule is M–F with occasional Saturday rotation; role may convert to hourly + bonus if hired.

Lead program execution for aerospace initiatives ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Coordinate across teams and tackle high-priority problems, supporting engineering and operations.

Manage external partnerships, support growth initiatives, and tackle complex problems across engineering, operations, logistics, and proposals. Experience in aerospace or defense is a plus.
