The Contract Sourcing Manager will build proactive talent pipelines, source and engage passive candidates, and support critical hiring needs. Responsibilities include direct sourcing, referrals, networking, market mapping, Boolean searches, labor market analysis, candidate relationship management, and recruiting technology optimization. The role partners with Talent Managers, recruiting leadership, and business leaders while contributing to sourcing best practices, process improvements, and cross-functional Talent Acquisition initiatives.

Lead clinical and operational strategy for one or more emergency hospitals: recruit and develop staff, provide emergency and primary veterinary care, coach leaders, monitor KPIs and P&L, manage budgets and referrals, ensure clinical standards, and supervise a large medical and management team with occasional domestic travel.

Serve as a field-based People Business Partner for a regional portfolio of hospitals, coaching leaders on performance and employee relations, driving talent reviews, succession and engagement, using people data to diagnose risks, and partnering with COEs to support change adoption. Requires frequent hospital presence and support for frontline, multi-site operational environments.

Serve as a senior People Business Partner for a regional portfolio of hospitals: coach leaders, manage complex employee relations, drive talent and performance processes, analyze people data to identify risks, support change adoption, and spend significant time in the field to build trust and improve retention and engagement.

Partner with hospital leadership to drive local growth through advertising, sponsorships, B2B outreach, referral analysis, and data-driven marketing plans. Coach leaders on marketing fundamentals, measure ROI, optimize spend, source media placements, implement growth initiatives, and adapt tactics to market and competitive changes.

Build and improve backend systems (primarily DogByte) supporting hospital workflows. Own projects end-to-end from design to production, collaborate with Product, SRE, and DevSecOps, apply AI tools thoughtfully to developer workflows, and review cross-team work to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
