Perform acceptance, commissioning, and maintenance testing on medium/high-voltage electrical systems up to 500kV. Conduct power system studies, test and calibrate protective relays, perform insulation and contact resistance testing, analyze results and author reports, troubleshoot system failures, mentor Level I/II technicians, lead multi-discipline projects, and maintain compliance with NETA, NFPA 70E, and OSHA standards.

Manage and grow relationships with named channel partners to drive sales of Vertiv IT Solutions. Develop strategic partner plans, monitor performance, provide insights, deliver partner training and support, resolve complex issues, and mentor junior colleagues.

Own and grow strategic relationships with assigned major accounts to drive service revenue. Develop account plans, coordinate quotes and pricing, close contracts, forecast sales, and work with service center and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Meet sales quotas, travel extensively, and resolve contract or service issues while maintaining accurate reporting and communications across a matrixed organization.
