Leads SAP Application Management Services for utility clients across global delivery teams. Responsibilities include client governance, SLA and KPI ownership, incident escalation, service improvement, vendor management, financial performance, compliance, and operational excellence. The role manages executive stakeholder relationships, oversees SAP functional and technical teams, and drives delivery quality, profitability, and continuous improvement across complex utility environments.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS utility clients by strengthening relationships, supporting product adoption, resolving issues, monitoring SLAs, leading business reviews, and driving renewals and growth. Responsibilities include contract and vendor management, client communications, revenue tracking, ticket oversight, outage triage, presentations, and coordination with internal teams. The role is fully remote but requires North American client travel and occasional extended hours.

Leads the creation and adoption of standardized client implementation testing frameworks, playbooks, readiness criteria, defect governance, metrics, and reporting. Oversees testing for complex implementations, facilitates planning and go-live readiness discussions, coordinates cross-functional delivery teams, coaches implementation staff, and advises clients and executives on testing risks, progress, and operational readiness.
