The role is fully remote but requires North American client travel and occasional extended hours.

Leads the creation and adoption of standardized client implementation testing frameworks, playbooks, readiness criteria, defect governance, metrics, and reporting. Oversees testing for complex implementations, facilitates planning and go-live readiness discussions, coordinates cross-functional delivery teams, coaches implementation staff, and advises clients and executives on testing risks, progress, and operational readiness.

Configure, support, and enhance SAP IS-U FI-CA solutions for utility clients. Gather requirements, troubleshoot production issues, create functional specifications, coordinate with technical teams, support testing and deployment, maintain documentation, and resolve payment, collections, billing, and accounts receivable issues. The consultant also supports managed services, compliance, integrations with SAP Billing and FI/GL, stakeholder communication, and on-call operations.

Leads client implementations of utility Customer Information Systems with ownership of billing workstreams. Analyzes requirements, designs and configures billing processes, validates rates and migrated data, supports testing and production issue resolution, coordinates vendors, and manages documentation throughout the SDLC. Facilitates workshops, communicates with clients and senior stakeholders, supports post-go-live activities, and mentors junior team members. Occasional travel is required for client meetings.

Manage software implementation projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate system integrations, conduct testing and troubleshooting, document processes, provide training and ongoing support, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires strong project management, technical problem-solving, communication, leadership, and organizational skills in a remote SaaS environment.

Designs and governs SAP S/4HANA and IS-U technical architectures for utility clients. Leads solution design, integrations, custom development, modernization, technical standards, and production support. Partners with clients, functional consultants, and development teams to resolve complex issues and deliver scalable, secure, high-performing SAP environments. Advises on SAP innovations, BTP, Integration Suite, Clean Core, RISE with SAP, upgrades, and continuous improvement.

Leads SAP IS-U Billing solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, production support, and complex issue resolution for utility clients. Gathers requirements, develops functional specifications, coordinates with technical teams, supports billing processes and integrations with FI-CA and Customer Service, mentors consultants, leads client workshops, and serves as an escalation point for billing incidents and enhancements.

Supports, configures, and enhances SAP IS-U FI-CA solutions for utility clients. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, functional configuration, production troubleshooting, testing, documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and coordination with technical teams. The consultant supports payments, collections, dunning, refunds, write-offs, installment plans, financial integrations, and meter-to-cash processes while participating in managed services, incident resolution, release deployments, and on-call support.
