Serve as an FP&A business partner to assigned units, build and maintain financial models, support forecasting/budgeting, present monthly performance to executives, develop business cases, and drive process improvements using NetSuite and Adaptive Planning.

Lead SRE strategy and teams for multiple Vertafore products, owning SLIs/SLOs, incident response, observability, CI/CD, automation, error-budget and release engineering. Drive reliability, capacity planning, and operational excellence while collaborating with Product, Cloud Ops, Security, and other stakeholders. Manage managers and engineers, enforce on-call rotations, reduce toil with automation, and align reliability with product roadmaps and SLAs.

Lead SRE across multiple Vertafore products owning SLIs/SLOs, observability, incident response, CI/CD, automation, error budget and on-call processes. Manage managers and engineers, partner with Cloud Ops, Security, and Product to drive reliability, performance, and operational excellence across large-scale SaaS systems.
