Provide hands-on craftsmanship, conduct inspections, enforce safety and codes, mentor crews, surface risks, and document lessons to improve repeatable, scalable construction operations.

Hands-on field role supporting 3D construction printing and site operations. Duties include equipment setup and monitoring, material handling and batching support, general construction labor, equipment operation and maintenance, safety compliance, and collaborating with print and operations teams to meet production goals.

Lead all HR functions for a fast-growing construction-technology company: develop HR strategy, manage full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training (including safety), compensation/benefits, compliance with Colorado and OSHA regulations, and HR metrics to support scaling and culture preservation across field and corporate teams.
