Manages strategic public-sector accounts, sells complex enterprise software and services, develops account plans, identifies opportunities, coordinates RFP responses, presents proposals, negotiates contracts, maintains executive relationships, and achieves revenue quotas. The role requires forecasting, CRM management, competitive analysis, cross-functional sales leadership, and approximately 50–75% travel. Experience selling automation, AI, customer experience, workforce, or quality-management solutions to government agencies is preferred.

Drives sales forecasting, pipeline integrity, reporting standardization, Salesforce governance, and scalable operational processes across a global sales organization. Builds executive reporting, analyzes pipeline and bookings performance, improves data quality, supports system integrations, and partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and RevOps leadership on strategic initiatives.
