Own the full sales cycle for mid-market/SMB accounts: prospect, qualify, and close complex B2B software deals. Develop regional sales plans, engage key decision-makers, collaborate with presales and marketing, and meet quota expectations while gathering market and competitive intelligence.

Lead strategic, cross-functional programs from initiation through delivery across product and engineering. Drive governance, planning frameworks, KPIs, tooling, and dependency/risk mitigation. Build alignment with senior leadership, implement PMO practices, enable data-driven reporting and AI-assisted workflows, and support post-merger integration and change efforts to improve delivery predictability and engineering effectiveness.
