Teams at Vercel

Lead the architecture and development of Vercel’s next-generation data platform, supporting batch and real-time integrations, analytics, data warehousing, and AI/ML workloads. Design scalable systems using Kafka, ClickHouse, Tinybird, and Snowflake; establish data governance and security standards; guide architectural decisions and roadmaps; collaborate with engineering, product, security, compliance, and leadership teams; write production code; and mentor engineers.

Own product design and frontend implementation for Vercel’s AI Gateway across the website, dashboard, CLI, and APIs. Translate complex AI infrastructure concepts into understandable, accessible, high-performance experiences. Work directly with customers, product managers, and engineers to research problems, ship production-quality solutions, and improve them after launch. Use React, TypeScript, product data, customer feedback, and coding agents while maintaining responsibility for quality, testing, debugging, and resilience.

Manage and maintain compliance with security and privacy frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS). Coordinate audits, drive remediation, improve controls and evidence management, support security questionnaires for deal cycles, and design compliance training while partnering across teams to integrate controls into the SDLC.
