The Corporate Counsel will advise on employee compensation, governance, ERISA compliance, and regulatory issues for HR and executive management, ensuring legal support on executive compensation and corporate governance matters.

Field-facing role promoting Veracyte genomic diagnostic tests to clinicians and health systems. Develop and execute territory plans, establish clinical collection and ordering protocols, grow and maintain accounts, navigate complex health systems, and collaborate internally. Regular travel and quota-driven sales responsibilities.

Lead IT and cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance programs including IT SOX/ITGC execution, ERM for IT risks, audit liaison, policy authoring, KRI/KPI tracking, GRC tool integration, third-party risk review, and people leadership to improve control maturity and regulatory alignment.
