Partners with clinical, operational, data, and executive leaders to improve workflows, interoperability, patient care, compliance, adoption, and measurable outcomes. Oversees vendors, major transformations, governance, risk management, performance reporting, and development of a high-performing clinical applications team.

Leads Mosaic Health’s enterprise risk adjustment product strategy, roadmap, and technology capabilities. Owns the Burden of Illness Hub, including patient prioritization, opportunity aggregation, workflow routing, intervention orchestration, and performance analytics. Partners with clinical, engineering, data, operations, finance, and external vendors to establish scalable decisioning, integrate systems, evaluate AI and NLP, manage product governance, and drive adoption, ROI, and continuous improvement across risk adjustment workflows.

Processes standard and non-standard payroll runs, including timekeeping, deductions, garnishments, and off-cycle payments. Performs payroll reconciliations and audits, maintains employee payroll records, resolves employee inquiries, and supports quarterly and year-end tax compliance activities such as filings and W-2 preparation. Also documents payroll process improvements and supports workflow controls.
