Provides Tier I technical support for smart cooler vending operators. Handles customer intake, onboarding, app and machine-status questions, basic troubleshooting, connectivity and payment-reader issue gathering, documentation, follow-up, and escalation to Tier II. The role requires clear communication, structured checklist use, accurate ticket documentation, and the ability to explain technical steps plainly without making unsupported technical or equipment decisions.

Coordinate orders, shipments, invoices, and inventory; communicate with customers, suppliers, warehouses and carriers; troubleshoot operational issues; maintain records, reports, templates and workflows; support customer onboarding and process improvements while working full-time USA hours remotely.
