Supports and administers research and knowledge technology platforms, including configurations, permissions, workflows, reporting, data validation, troubleshooting, and vendor escalations. Participates in system upgrades, migrations, implementations, UAT, documentation, and change management. Maintains dashboards and operational reports, performs data cleanup and reconciliation, supports research-resource discovery, and collaborates on technology pilots, training, adoption feedback, and workflow testing.
