Conduct complex conflicts research using internal systems and external databases, draft waivers and ethical screens, advise attorneys and leadership on risk and ethics, review Outside Counsel Guidelines, support matter openings, and educate staff. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency conflict checks.
