Leads competitive intelligence, market research, and growth strategy across banking and credit union markets. Develops go-to-market strategies, analyzes industry and competitor trends, identifies revenue opportunities, and provides executive recommendations on positioning, pricing, sales, and product differentiation. Partners cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Product, Sales, and executives; creates sales enablement tools, supports prospect diligence, develops KPIs, builds strategic partnerships, and leads major change initiatives.

Supports analytics product improvements by researching data issues, designing reports, documenting business requirements, developing use cases, and conducting user acceptance testing. The role creates training materials, facilitates user training, supports credit unions and internal users, promotes business intelligence practices, and helps transition analytics solutions into business operations.

Develop, test, maintain, and support secure, scalable full-stack .NET applications in an Agile/Scrum environment. Responsibilities include API and database development, technical documentation, code and design reviews, SDLC compliance, security and audit adherence, collaboration with architects and business partners, mentoring junior engineers, leading project delivery, and participating in on-call support and occasional travel.
