Designs scalable, secure, cost-effective enterprise solutions spanning software, hardware, infrastructure, data, and security. Collaborates with product stakeholders and Agile teams, evaluates technologies and vendors, defines architectural standards, plans integrations, optimizes performance and cloud costs, ensures compliance, and provides technical guidance. The role also uses data queries, visualizations, and reporting to inform product functionality.

Leads the design, administration, integration, automation, reporting, and continuous improvement of delinquency management systems. Translates operational and regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions, supports APIs, databases, workflows, secure file transfers, SQL, Python, and reporting platforms, and leads implementations, upgrades, testing, deployments, incident resolution, and production support. Partners with business, technology, vendors, and clients while ensuring compliance, data integrity, security, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform, building custom applications, workflows, integrations, and ITSM automations. The role troubleshoots technical issues, maintains data model standards, integrates ServiceNow with Salesforce, data warehouses, and third-party systems, and follows SDLC practices. Responsibilities include designing REST and SOAP integrations, scheduled jobs, event notifications, and outbound web services, while mentoring junior developers and recommending platform enhancements.
