Lead enterprise architecture strategy and implementation for finance and payments systems. Produce TOGAF/ArchiMate artifacts, mentor architects, oversee ARB/PTB/PTO processes, run POCs, enforce governance, manage risk, and create roadmaps, capacity planning, and business cases.

Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI requirements, design and maintain BI solutions and semantic layers, analyze large payment datasets, enforce data governance and quality, deliver insights and reports, lead stakeholder meetings and training, mentor team members, and drive process improvements for data loading and analytics.

Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of BI dashboards and data models (Qlik, Power BI, Excel). Build and optimize data visualizations, write complex SQL, collaborate with ETL teams, manage Qlik platform administration, provide L2 developer support, and lead cross-functional analytics and performance management initiatives to improve business operations.
