Owns North American compensation strategy and programs as a senior advisor to People & Culture and business leaders. Responsibilities include market benchmarking, compensation structure and incentive design, annual merit and bonus cycles, complex offer guidance, pay equity and transparency compliance, executive reporting, and coaching leaders. The role partners with HRIS, Finance, and Talent Acquisition while managing sensitive data and influencing compensation decisions across a growing organization.

Supports utility billing data infrastructure across North American data centers. Responsibilities include database development, SQL analysis, data pipeline monitoring, meter-data validation, reconciliation, automation, billing support, building onboarding, and root-cause investigation. The role develops backend services using Python and other languages, maintains integrations and CI/CD workflows, ensures data quality and traceability, and collaborates with technical and operational teams to improve billing reliability, compliance, and efficiency.

Own global category strategy and supplier ecosystem for data center cooling (air and liquid). Lead sourcing, contracting, supplier performance, risk mitigation, cost modeling, and cross-functional alignment to enable scalable, reliable deployment of chillers, towers, CDUs, pumps, and related systems.
