Leads North American connectivity strategy and delivery for data center campuses, from feasibility and site selection through contracting, construction coordination, and service activation. Manages fiber and conduit infrastructure planning, schedules, budgets, carrier negotiations, consultant and vendor coordination, customer network requirements, and MMR readiness. Provides technical support for designs, customer presentations, and marketing materials while ensuring campuses are connectivity-ready on day one.

Leads Vantage’s North America marketing, communications, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and community relations strategy. Advises regional executives, builds a growing marketing and communications team, oversees content, media relations, digital campaigns, events, sales enablement, budgets, agencies, and performance measurement. The role develops reputation and issue-management programs addressing community concerns, misinformation, sustainability, and data center impacts while supporting regional growth and strengthening relationships with customers, policymakers, employees, and local communities.

Coordinates product readiness, change management, operational handover, adoption, communications, training, feedback, and continuous improvement for complex infrastructure deployments. Partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Construction, Supply Chain, Commissioning, Operations, and Commercial teams to identify risks, track readiness and adoption metrics, resolve gaps, and improve standardized deployment practices.

The Senior Accountant supports monthly close, journal entries, accruals, allocations, amortization, reconciliations, financial reporting, variance analysis, and audit-ready documentation. The role applies US GAAP and company policies, maintains internal controls, reviews transactions, resolves accounting issues with cross-functional partners, and contributes to process improvement and automation initiatives. The position requires managing assigned accounting workstreams independently while meeting close deadlines and supporting multi-entity operations.

Reviews and analyzes construction, vendor, NDA, work authorization, and change order contracts. Ensures documents align with company policies, executed agreements, risk guidelines, and delegation of authority. The role manages content teams, agencies, budgets, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder communications while addressing misinformation and strengthening trust in Vantage’s data-center infrastructure business.

Processes and reconciles high-volume accounts payable transactions, including invoices, progress billings, expense reports, and past-due balances. Maintains vendor records, resolves discrepancies, prepares AP reports, and supports month-end and year-end close. The role analyzes processes, recommends efficiency improvements, monitors compliance, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders while operating with significant autonomy.
