Lead global FP&A activities including annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, executive reporting, and process improvements. Partner with business leaders and accounting to translate strategy into financial plans, build scalable reporting and models across systems (Yardi, Workday, Adaptive Planning), and deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive decision-making.
