Lead preconstruction estimating and CapEx proformas for new data center sites. Produce cost studies, independent take-offs, schedules, risk analyses, and contractor proposal reviews. Coordinate with development, design, construction, procurement, and market teams to optimize costs, maintain estimating databases and processes, and support site delivery decisions across North America. Travel up to 25%.

Provide mechanical design assurance for North American data center builds and expansions. Review mechanical design packages, submittals, RFIs, and commissioning strategies to ensure operability, maintainability, safety, and reliability. Collaborate with Design Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, and Site Operations to track issues to closure, support acceptance testing, and carry operator requirements into construction and turnover. Capture lessons learned and contribute to standards, checklists, and operational readiness. Travel up to 40% across North America.

Lead electrical engineering for global data center platform: define standards, integrate energy storage and generation (BESS, distributed generation), guide product development, ensure design quality and handoff, perform power system studies (load, short-circuit, arc flash, distribution, photometrics), and collaborate with operations and regional teams to implement and improve designs.

Lead design and evolution of enterprise solutions across Microsoft and Salesforce platforms.
