Lead multi-site manufacturing operations to deliver safety, quality, delivery, cost, and asset utilization targets. Drive system-based execution, improve equipment reliability and OEE, implement planned and predictive maintenance, integrate continuous improvement into daily operations, coach plant leadership, and ensure consistent customer performance without reactive execution.

Programs and supports 3-axis and 5-axis CNC routers to produce vacuum-forming molds, fixtures, production parts, and prototypes. Designs molds and fixtures in SolidWorks, collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, supports manufacturability reviews, maintains CNC documentation, coordinates with machine operators, and manages tooling inventory while following OSHA and company safety requirements.

Develop and execute the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to meet customer delivery requirements by coordinating production schedules, materials, capacity, and cross-functional stakeholders. Monitor production progress, adjust schedules, support S&OP, maintain ERP/MRP planning data, implement Kanban and replenishment strategies, and drive continuous improvement to improve on-time delivery and inventory performance.
