Help customers evaluate needs, demonstrate vehicle features and technology, answer questions, guide them through purchase processes, follow up before and after sales, and build long-term relationships and referrals.

Sell vehicles by understanding customer needs, following up with leads and showroom guests, demonstrating vehicle features, building relationships, and guiding customers through the purchase process. The role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, commission-based compensation, bonuses, and manufacturer incentives. Candidates should be motivated, competitive, communicative, professional, coachable, and willing to learn. Previous automotive or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Lead dealership sales operations including hiring, coaching, training, CRM oversight, showroom and internet sales, BDC leadership, used-vehicle merchandising, delivery processes, and achieving monthly and annual sales, gross, and CSI goals.
