The role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, commission-based compensation, bonuses, and manufacturer incentives. Candidates should be motivated, competitive, communicative, professional, coachable, and willing to learn. Previous automotive or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Lead dealership sales operations including hiring, coaching, training, CRM oversight, showroom and internet sales, BDC leadership, used-vehicle merchandising, delivery processes, and achieving monthly and annual sales, gross, and CSI goals.

Manage dealership finance and insurance processes: arrange customer financing, present F&I products, structure and desk deals, submit to lenders, ensure regulatory compliance and proper paperwork, audit post-sale deals, and secure timely contract funding.
