Administers and improves employee benefits and leave programs, including health, retirement, disability, FMLA, accommodations, and annual enrollment. Ensures regulatory compliance, data accuracy, payroll reconciliation, vendor performance, employee communications, and timely case resolution. Partners with HR, Payroll, Legal, managers, employees, third-party administrators, and HRIS teams on complex cases, system testing, reporting, wellness programming, and process improvements.

Analyzes business needs, gathers and documents requirements, translates them into application and systems solutions, coordinates configurations with IT teams and vendors, performs testing and root cause analysis, supports end users, and coordinates project activities through go-live. Develops documentation and training materials while providing application support and resolving complex system issues.

The Supervisor manages an application development team, oversees projects, guides staff, ensures compliance with IT standards, and mentors junior members.

Design, build, and support enterprise BI solutions including reports, dashboards, ETL/ELT, data marts, governed datasets and production support. Translate business requirements into technical designs, perform complex data analysis and root-cause investigations, document lineage and runbooks, optimize solutions, enforce data governance, and provide technical leadership or mentorship for large-scale initiatives.

Responsible for developing and administering sales compensation programs, analyzing data, ensuring compliance, and training staff on compensation processes.

Reconcile and process individual and group insurance premium payments, research and clear suspense items, perform member-level reconciliations and terminations, generate refunds and correspondence, complete payment audits in Excel, and meet quality and productivity benchmarks while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and strategic initiatives. Orchestrate cross-functional teams, define success metrics, drive alignment across channels (brokers, Blue Plans), manage launch roadmaps, enable sales/brokers, monitor adoption, and refine post-launch performance.
