Manage program services for membership development: build partner relationships, support events, develop tools and Power BI dashboards, contribute to Microsoft Fabric AI/analytics projects, and execute elements of integrated marketing. Travel for 3–5 tournaments and support volunteers and local leaders.

Summer internship supporting Membership Services to analyze member data, identify growth trends and KPIs, build Power BI dashboards, perform statistical analysis, and assist with Microsoft Fabric and AI Copilot implementation.

Manage day-to-day corporate and licensing partner relationships, execute sponsorship activations, monitor KPIs, develop in-market/retail promotions, maintain deliverables, produce polished recaps, coordinate cross-departmentally, and provide exceptional client service including event support.
