Drive process architecture, SPC, automation, AI/advanced analytics, Lean/Six Sigma, quality systems, and organizational development to reduce variability, increase throughput, and ensure consistent outcomes across laboratories and field operations.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Oracle HCM Cloud and connected People systems. Align People and business stakeholders, govern configuration and data, manage integrations, drive automation with AI, oversee releases, change management, UAT, documentation, and ensure global compliance and scalable HR platform design.
