The Corporate Development Director will lead Updater's growth strategy by sourcing and evaluating acquisition opportunities, leading deal execution, and advising the executive team on market trends and competitive intelligence.

Serve as first contact for helpdesk tickets, resolve Tier 1/2 issues across macOS/Windows, manage onboarding/offboarding and hardware lifecycle, lead IT knowledge management (Confluence/Helpdesk KB) with machine-readable documentation for AI assistants, and perform Tier 2 SaaS administration (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, Intune, Freshservice).

The Sr. Strategic Partnerships Manager will manage high-impact partnerships, ensuring performance targets are met while driving operational excellence and growth through data analysis and relationship management.

The VP of Data will lead data strategy and architecture, manage data engineering teams, and drive data-driven decision making across the organization.
