Advise undergraduate and graduate students on program requirements, course scheduling, academic progress, and career goals. Maintain student records, analyze data, resolve academic issues, and conduct proactive outreach to support retention and program completion. Collaborate with university offices and committees, prepare reports, and support enrollment and persistence initiatives. The role is remote within approved states and may require occasional evening or weekend work.

Handle inbound/outbound calls and chat to inform and convert prospective students. Provide admissions/product information, resolve objections, document interactions in CRM, meet KPIs, follow up, and support the enrollment process. Work flexible hours and collaborate during core PST hours.
