Supports the Director of Legal Operations by maintaining legal documentation and contract databases, improving workflows, drafting template-based agreements, managing outside counsel billing, assisting with budgets and accruals, and coordinating litigation support activities such as legal holds, discovery collections, document review, and deadlines. The role also supports compliance, risk management, and special projects while collaborating with Finance, IT, People, and other legal stakeholders.
