As an Inside Sales Rep, you will manage customer accounts, generate leads, and fulfill orders while providing outstanding customer service.

Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls, processing rental quotes/reservations, negotiating rental rates, identifying leads, resolving customer issues, coordinating deliveries with logistics, calling dormant accounts to generate business, and supporting district sales objectives.

Serve as a primary customer contact for Fluid Solutions, recommending, quoting, selling, and fulfilling equipment rentals and supplies. Process quotations/contracts, establish accounts, educate customers, coordinate pickups/returns, maintain inventory and reports, and collaborate with branch staff to ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

Perform manual branch tasks to support operations: inspect, clean, load/unload and prepare rental equipment; check damage, hours, fuel; demonstrate and checkout equipment; drive delivery truck for pickups/drop-offs; assist technicians and provide customer service while maintaining safety.
