Designs and maintains scalable data architecture, warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data platforms. Responsibilities include ensuring data quality, integrity, governance, accessibility, reliability, and performance; supporting customer onboarding and analytics tools; contributing to architecture and engineering best practices; troubleshooting complex data issues; and participating in on-call rotations. The role collaborates with engineering, product, solutions, business intelligence, and other cross-functional teams in healthcare and social care data environments.

Own strategic customer relationships, account strategies, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion across complex healthcare and government accounts. Lead executive stakeholder communications, business reviews, escalations, and value discussions. Use platform data and customer insights to improve workflows, mitigate risks, and drive measurable outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional teams, lead customer initiatives, advocate for customer needs, and share best practices with peers.

Leads architecture, design, and hands-on development for scalable backend APIs and interoperability services. Sets engineering standards, drives cross-team technical initiatives, mentors engineers, reviews code and designs, manages technical risks, and partners with engineering leadership on roadmaps. The role focuses on distributed systems, authentication, cloud SaaS, API integrations, and standards such as FHIR, while contributing production code and fostering collaboration.
