Serve as legal and compliance leader across multi-entity nonprofit and political structures (501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), PAC). Advise on federal/state campaign finance, FEC, IRS, lobbying, charitable solicitation, and election laws; manage outside counsel and compliance vendors; draft and review contracts and governance materials; build internal legal capacity and policies; supervise legal and compliance staff; translate regulatory risk into practical guidance for cross-functional teams to enable mission-aligned activity.

Lead month-end close and full accounting operations across 5+ affiliated entities. Own financial reporting, internal controls, audit readiness, cash/treasury management, budgeting, variance analysis, grant/contract interpretation, and build scalable finance systems and team capacity.
