Analyze fundraising data by building reports, dashboards, data pulls, forecasts, and operational metrics. Clean and validate Salesforce and related data, identify quality issues, document standards, and support finance reconciliation. Build lightweight tools and workflows using spreadsheets and Airtable, ensuring important data flows into Salesforce. Partner cross-functionally on reporting architecture and coach fundraisers on effective system use.

Support day-to-day multi-entity accounting: prepare journal entries, reconciliations, inter-entity allocations, cash reconciles, AP/AR processing, maintain audit-ready documentation, assist month-end close, investigate discrepancies, and implement process improvements while partnering with Controller and external accounting partners.

Lead investor-focused strategic communications, narrative development, and editorial standards. Oversee the Investor Experience team to produce investor materials and events, manage cross-functional collaboration with fundraisers and leadership, and build scalable workflows and AI-enabled processes to improve content quality and efficiency. Provide coaching for executive speakers and support high-stakes fundraising initiatives.
