The RESPA Specialist handles change of circumstance requests, verifies fee accuracy, ensures compliance with investor and regulatory standards, data entry, and loan document preparation.

The Loan Closer prepares and verifies closing documents, produces instructions, and ensures funding of loan transactions meet sale terms and approvals.

The Post-Closing QC Specialist reviews closed loans for compliance with regulations and company policies, ensures accurate audits, and trains new staff.
