Partners with business and functional leaders to execute HR strategy, advise on employee relations and performance, manage talent and compensation processes, support organizational change, strengthen engagement and culture, and implement HR initiatives. The role requires strategic and tactical HR expertise, strong communication and relationship-building skills, labor law knowledge, and the ability to travel 10–20%.

Leads complex transmission and substation projects from initiation through closeout, managing scope, schedules, budgets, quality, risks, resources, stakeholders, contracts, and reporting. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, facilitates client and leadership communications, tracks project health and portfolio commitments, resolves issues, and supports transmission capital programs and strategic initiatives. The role requires strong project leadership, cost and schedule planning, client focus, and approximately 25% monthly travel to client facilities.

Leads roadway and transportation design delivery, provides technical guidance, reviews project deliverables, supports CDOT and local agency work, and coordinates scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. Coaches and develops transportation professionals through feedback and project assignments. Participates in seller-doer activities, client relationship management, proposals, pursuits, business development, and process improvement while remaining engaged in billable project work.
