Leads major cyber incident response and command activities, performing digital forensics, threat hunting, containment, recovery, and malware triage across endpoint, cloud, network, identity, Windows, and Linux environments. Coordinates technical teams, mentors analysts, briefs executives, develops response playbooks and training, automates investigations with scripting, and partners with detection engineering and threat intelligence teams to improve SOC capabilities.

Leads corporate FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, reporting, performance analysis, and development of business metrics. Partners with corporate functions to provide decision support and strategic financial guidance, improves planning and reporting tools and processes, and communicates insights to executive leadership. Manages and mentors analysts while delivering ad hoc analyses, scenario modeling, and recommendations that support enterprise decision-making.

Leads UKG’s global sales incentive strategy and operations, including compensation plan design, quota setting, SPIFFs, governance, analytics, payout alignment, and President’s Club programs. Partners with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and executive leadership to align incentives with SaaS growth objectives. Oversees cross-functional execution, policy management, systems implementation, performance reporting, and program optimization while managing and developing a sales compensation and revenue operations team.
